Desktop Town just got its first Update!

Update includes:

- A totaly overhauled placing system that now only requires drag and drop without configuring the height of objects.

- The mouse wheel now lets you rotate objects.

- Added the railway set and a basic tram system for you to build in your town.

- Improved AI

- New UI

- Many small bug fixes and performance improvements.
